Employee of the Month
Great work gets noticed at Topwebs. Every month, one team member is recognized for the results and effort that stood out.
Our monthly top performer award
At the end of each month, management selects the team member with the strongest results and effort. The winner is presented with the Employee of the Month award and a cash prize in front of the whole team.
It is a simple way to say thank you, and it keeps the bar high for everyone.

Eid at Topwebs
Eidi and gifts for the whole team
Eid is one of our favourite times at the office. Every team member receives Eidi and a gift from Topwebs, handed over in person.
Team Trips & Tours
Into the mountains, together
Some of our best team moments happen far from the office. On our team trip, we took the Topwebs banner up into the mountains and spent a day river rafting.
Trips like this give the team time to unwind, get to know each other outside work and come back to the office with fresh energy.
Team Sessions
Learning and sharing at the office
Regular team sessions bring everyone together in our office. We talk through what is working, share lessons from client work, welcome new ideas and hand out recognition for good work.
It is also where new team members get to know the people they will be working alongside.
Celebrations
Birthdays and milestones
Balloons, cake and the whole team in one room. We make a point of celebrating birthdays and milestones at the office, because the people here matter as much as the work.
Farewells
Sending colleagues off in style
When a colleague moves on to their next chapter, we do not let them leave quietly. The whole team comes together for a proper farewell, with cake, decorations and plenty of good wishes.
